FundedNYX evaluation fees and service payments are generally considered non-refundable once the service has been activated, used, or accessed by the trader.
This includes cases where a trader has:
Started trading on the evaluation account
Accessed the trading terminal or platform
Received account login credentials
Begun utilizing any FundedNYX services
Completed simulated trades or interacted with the market feed

Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered ONLY under specific billing circumstances, including:
Duplicate charges or duplicate payments caused by technical platform glitches.
Unauthorized or fraudulent credit card transactions reported immediately.
Payment processing gateway errors resulting in failed delivery of product packages.
Complete failure of FundedNYX to provide account access due to internal database issues.
* All refund claims are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis by the compliance team.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be approved or processed under the following scenarios:
Failure to pass the evaluation challenge metrics.
Trading losses incurred in simulated accounts.
Breaching drawdown or daily loss trading rules.
Account suspension or termination due to violations.
Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase.
Lack of trading experience, or general poor performance.
Failure to qualify for profit splits or meet payout criteria.
Purchasing a FundedNYX evaluation model implies that you understand, accept, and agree to take on the risks and requirements of the evaluation process.

Refund Request Process
To submit an official refund request, users must follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Support
Initiate a refund ticket through official FundedNYX communication channels.
Step 2: Provide Details
Submit your registered account email, order ID, and transaction receipts.
Step 3: State Rationale
Explain the clear reason for the refund request alongside supporting proof.
Step 4: Verification
Provide additional verification documents if requested by our support staff.

Refund Review Period
Once submitted, refund requests are audited and reviewed within a reasonable processing period.
FundedNYX will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Payment Provider Fees
Any processing fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction fees deducted by third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, crypto processors, or banking networks) during checkout are non-refundable.

Fraudulent Transactions
FundedNYX reserves the right to audit and investigate suspected fraudulent payments or unauthorized account usage.
Refund requests related to suspicious or flagged billing activity may require additional ID verification before processing.

Account Termination & Refunds
If a trading account is suspended, paused, or terminated due to:

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent loss of platform access
Restrictions on future purchases
FundedNYX reserves the right to present system logs, trading metrics, and transaction records to payment gateways during dispute proceedings.

Refund eligibility for discounted challenge purchases, promotional offers, or special campaigns is subject to additional terms announced during the promotion.
