FundedNYX accounts operate in a simulated trading environment unless specifically stated otherwise. Trading results from simulated accounts may not represent actual market execution or real trading performance.

FundedNYX may use simulated trading data to evaluate trader performance, compile reports, and manage its evaluation programs.

All active traders must follow FundedNYX trading rules, including but not limited to:

Refund eligibility is determined strictly according to the FundedNYX Refund Policy (refunds are generally only eligible if no trades have been placed on the account).
